Capacity building of stakeholders in City-wide Inclusive Sanitation in Bangladesh is vital for effective planning, decision-making, community engagement, and sustainability. It empowers stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed for successful sanitation initiatives, ensures environmental responsibility, and promotes public health. Capacity building also supports gender inclusivity and community resilience, making it a cornerstone of successful sanitation programs in the country.CWIS-FSM Support Cell in collaboration with ITN-BUET, Sector partners and Municipal Association of Bangladesh (MAB) is leading the CWIS capacity building initiatives through creating a CWIS ecosystem. This cell is responsible to extend technical support in scaling up CWIS primarily for 329 Municipalities of Bangladesh in lead the National Action Plan-2020 in implementing the IRF-FSM.
